Whether you are new to Delta, or transferring on, it's good to know how to get a copy of your transcript when you need one. Requesting one is easy and can be done online, 24/7.
Your transcript is an official record of your academic activity. It shows your courses and grades, along with semester and cumulative grade point averages, honors, degrees and certificates.
There are two types of transcripts, official and unofficial.
Delta College has partnered with the National Student Clearinghouse to provide 24/7 online transcript ordering.
Delivered by Electronic PDF: $9.25
Secure link delivered to an email address within an hour. This service is available to students that first enrolled at Delta College in 1983, or later.
If you attended prior to 1983, we may need to do some research. Request will be processed within 2 – 3 business days.
Delivered by Electronic Transcript Exchange: $7.50
Securely delivered through the NSC Electronic Transcript Exchange (ETX). Keep in mind, the recipient must also participate in this service.
Delivered by Mail: $7.50
Regular processing time is 2 – 3 business days.
Rush Service/Delivered Overnight: $33 (per destination)
Processed within 24 business hours. Order must be received before noon to go out in the same day’s mail. PO Box addresses are not eligible for this service.
